Mr. Rajesh Kumar is a dedicated Senior Audiologist and Founder Director with extensive experience in the field of speech and hearing sciences. He began his professional journey in audiology after receiving his training from the prestigious All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysore.

He started his clinical career in Pune and served patients across Maharashtra from 2001 to 2006. During this period, he gained rich clinical experience in diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fitting, and patient rehabilitation. His primary passion has always been to provide accurate diagnosis and recommend the most suitable hearing solutions according to the individual hearing needs of each patient.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar strongly believes that every patient deserves personalized attention, proper counselling, and the best possible hearing rehabilitation. His dedication to continuous learning and professional excellence keeps him updated with the latest advancements in audiology, hearing aid technology, and rehabilitation practices.

As the Founder Director, his vision is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and high-quality speech and hearing services that positively impact the lives of individuals and families.

In 2008, he completed his Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, further strengthening his academic and clinical expertise. He also worked as an Assistant Professor for two years, where he contributed to the training and mentoring of future audiology and speech-language pathology professionals.

Despite his successful academic career, his true passion remained direct patient care and helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing and communication. His patient-centered approach, strong clinical knowledge, and commitment to ethical hearing care have earned him the trust and respect of many patients and professionals.
